Energy Assemblies

As part of the program, your school can receive
an Energy Assembly!

The PEAK team will come to your school to present information about the science of energy and how to use it wisely.

"Very fun and the kids learned A LOT. So did I!"
- 5th/6th Grade Teacher, Banning, CA

"It was very informative and helped clarify difficult concepts for students. "
- 4th Grade Teacher, Montclair, CA

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

At a school assembly, students get excited about participating in PEAK and saving energy. Student volunteers act out different parts of the electrical generation process before they meet Bulbman, our Energy-Saving Super Hero! PEAK staff and Bulbman review the 4 PEAK Student Energy Actions, teaching students how to use energy more efficiently and motivating them to take action in their own homes, schools and communities. There are trivia and prizes for students throughout the presentation!

WHO IS IT FOR?

Assemblies can be presented to a specific grade level receiving PEAK education or school-wide to get the whole campus excited about saving energy (breaking the school into two separate sessions for primary and upper grade groups).

HOW LONG DO ASSEMBLIES LAST?

Assemblies last approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, yet can be tailored for your convenience.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE ONE?

To arrange an assembly, simply complete an EVENT REQUEST FORM. The PEAK Project Coordinator in your area will be happy to schedule one at your school.
