The Energy Sucker is able to make people forget to use their energy resources wisely. Through the people he influences, he is able to suck power from any electrical or natural gas appliance. Using his powers to suck energy, he can become infinitely strong and immobilize all electrical appliances, causing blackouts with one big suck. When he is extremely hungry he can blackout an entire state!
Opening doors and windows when the heater or air conditioner is on, making people forget to turn lights off when they leave the room, encouraging everyone to use as much energy as they can during the peak demand hours of the day.
Long before he learned of his insatiable thirst for energy, Donnie Black left the lights on all day long and he left the refrigerator door open when no one was around in his childhood home. As a teenager he would leave the house empty with the air conditioner on full blast. Donnie, lazy from birth, thought leaving the power on was easier than turning things on and off.
As Black got older, he discovered that he was always hungry, but food did nothing to stop his hunger. He found the only way he could satisfy his tummy was to suck electricity from light sockets and appliances. In only a matter of days he transformed from a normal kid into a villian named the ENERGY SUCKER...
In the year 2000, the Energy Sucker was no longer satisfied by consuming his small hometown energy and headed for California and the big lights of Los Angeles. It was there that he started sucking away at the energy supply of Southern California. It was also there that Bulbman, our energy hero, tracked him down and began the fight against the Energy Sucker.
