- Your PSA can be in any format, including a video, audio recording, script or story.
- Entries must be accompanied by an Official Contest Entry Form.
- For inspiration and ideas, view past PSA winners at the PEAK Wall of Fame!
Deadlines:PEAK is accepting entries throughout the school year! We will hold two rounds of awarding to determine our winners, to enter: - The 2012 Challenge- Submit entries by May 6th, 2012.
