 | Welcome to PEAK San Diego! In 2006, The Energy Coalition piloted the PEAK program in San Diego. From 2006 through 2008, over 8,100 students participated. PEAK is now available to all schools located within the San Diego Gas & Electric Company’s service territory. With the support of our utility partner, PEAK San Diego is proud to provide the following additional PEAK services and program components: - Solar Circuits Laboratory
Explore an exciting renewable resource - borrow a complete set of solar panels for your classroom and have fun in the sun! - “Make Test-Prep A Blast!” School Visit PEAK staff will come to your school to facilitate an engaging review of science concepts in preparation for Standardized Tests.
- “Hydrating Humans” School Visit
PEAK staff will lead an exciting lesson on the water-electricity connection to promote conservation in San Diego. Opportunities for Districts, Schools and Teachers
PEAK is currently recruiting schools throughout the greater San Diego area! School selection will be based on geographic diversity, community demographics, and an interest in instructing students in science and environmental education.
